Allergies & Dietary Information

We take allergies and food safety seriously.

However:

  • Cross-contamination risks may still exist despite precautions

  • Customers with severe allergies consume products at their own discretion

Viatrix shall not be held responsible for allergic reactions where customers have failed to disclose allergies or where cross-contamination risks are outside of reasonable control.

Event Catering

For event catering services:

  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed before the agreed deadline

  • Deposits may be required to secure bookings

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice provided

  • Access, parking, and venue requirements must be communicated in advance

We reserve the right to refuse service where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Payments

Where payment is required:

  • Payment terms will be agreed before work begins

  • Invoices must be paid within the stated payment period

  • Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees

  • Deposits and retainers may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to withhold final files, website access, or deliverables until payment has been received in full.

Food Orders & Collection

Customers are responsible for checking orders upon collection or delivery.

Any issues with orders should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, or operational delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

  • The client confirms they have the legal right to use such materials

  • Viatrix is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from client-provided content

  • The client indemnifies Viatrix against related claims or disputes

Food Photography & Marketing

Images used on the website and social media are for illustrative purposes only.

Presentation, colours, and portion sizes may vary slightly depending on preparation, ingredients, or seasonal availability.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:

We are not responsible for:

  • Suspended accounts
